1. Product Information
Product information is provided as stated on the website, SuperLabels.co.uk.

2. Prices and Delivery
Prices for products and services are clearly displayed on the website. All prices include VAT and delivery charges. The total price will be shown before the customer confirms their order for the selected products and services.

An order confirmation will automatically be sent by email as soon as the customer’s order has been received. The customer is responsible for checking that the order confirmation is correct with regard to product type, contents, quantity and price.

The customer’s payment method will only be charged when the goods are dispatched by the Supplier.

Orders placed outside normal business hours or on public holidays will be processed no later than the next working day. The Supplier reserves the right to amend the stated delivery time without prior notice.

Any price changes made after an order has been placed, and which are not due to errors, will not affect orders already placed. If a significant pricing or typographical error has occurred in advertisements or in the online shop, amounting to more than 15% of the normal selling price, the Supplier reserves the right to amend, cancel or reject the order. This applies even if the customer has received an order confirmation or other acknowledgement. Such errors will be corrected within a reasonable time after they have been identified.

3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided, including their address and payment card details, is accurate.

4. Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the applicable consumer legislation regarding faulty goods. This means that, depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a replacement, a refund or a price reduction if a product is faulty.

Any complaint must be valid, and the fault must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage caused by the customer.

You should notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible and no later than two months after the fault was discovered.

To make a complaint, please contact us by email at [email protected]. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide further instructions.

If your complaint is upheld, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.

5. Right to Cancel
As a general rule, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. This right applies to consumer purchases. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised products.

This includes our name labels, stamps and wristbands, as these are custom-made with your chosen text.

6. Personal Data
To place an order on SuperLabels.co.uk, you must provide at least the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Telephone/mobile number

The above information, together with details of the products you have purchased, will be stored for five years from the end of the relevant financial year in accordance with British bookkeeping legislation, after which it may be deleted.

If you have created a customer account with us, your personal information and order history will not be deleted unless you specifically request this.

Your information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties unless this occurs in connection with a restructuring or the sale of all or part of the business. Any such disclosure will be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
